On Feb 23rd we plan to have the layout of the User Cube and the Resource
Cube all done.  These cubes will be display dummy data and will have some
limited interaction.

By Mar 13th we plan to add real data and the business logic of the
application (e.g., understanding of relationship between user/resources,
etc) done.

After that we will add anything we couldn't get done by these two dates.
E.g., adding more interaction, and more business logic.  And of course,
fixing bugs.
