Here are news items that affect the core assignments and
class material.

- The Smashing lab has been updated
by a patch to sthttpd-2.27.0/src/libhttpd.c that is needed to
pacify newer and fancier address sanitization. See the end of
the section "That's a nice little program you got there."
Because of this, the due date has been extended to Wednesday,
May 24.

- Homework 3 is available on CCLE. Its due date has been extended to
Wednesday, May 3.
- The Program Execution Explorer lab
has been finalized as version 1.9 dated 2017-04-28 04:49:44 UTC;
please refresh it in your browser if you were
looking at the preliminary version. It now asks you to reproduce
a Gnulib bug
that was first made public yesterday.
The lab's due date has been extended to Friday, May 5.

account and then check that it works as soon as
you can, as there are occasionally delays before
your account is activated.

Undergraduate Computer Science Classes and follow its advice.

Any PTEs are not typically given out until the end of the second week,
to make sure that enough resources are available.
You can try coming to classes before then.
