Material for instructors includes: solutions to all exercises (there is also a version with one exercise solution per page), sample exams and solutions, as well as source files for lecture viewgraphs. The source files consist of
a. LaTex text files and macros.
b. EPS files for all figures from the book. The figures were generated with the TGIF shareware drawing package (http://bourbon.usc.edu:8001/tgif/). If needed, the EPS files for figures can also be reprocessed using other drawing packages such as the Adobe Illustrator.
