The workshop will start at 10:00 AM (coffee/registration at 9:15 AM) on Wednesday, January 14. A reception and dinner will follow and conclude the proceedings of that day. On Thursday, January 15, the workshop will begin at 8:00 a.m. (continental breakfast at 7:30 a.m.), and end at noon.

The workshop will be held at the National Research Council's Arnold and Mabel Beckman Center located at 100 Academy Drive in Irvine, California.
