As you may have seen in the business press, Qualcomm and Motorola have settled the litigation between them. Therefore, we will not be going forward to prepare for trial.

Your work on the expert reports and deposition was very thorough and of the highest quality. Thanks for all of your assistance. I enjoyed working with you very much.

Steve will be in touch with you about returning the phones we gave you. We must return them to Qualcomm.
