Many cartoons and innovations are the work of Gavin Wu, implementing
ideas used by Allen Klinger in CS 190. All cartoon drawings involving
the figure of Pokey are Gavin's original creations. These include Roman
Eleven (Trial 1), Binary Eleven (Trial 2), Baseball Fractions (Trial 3),
and Odd/Even (Trial 4). Gavin also created the image of a Person Holding
Back a Tank.

Girls is based on two drawings by Laura Gittleman: it is a
computer-modified image. The creator of the new drawing was Eskandar Ensafi,
who used properties of a program Diagram by Lighthouse Design Ltd.,
San Mateo CA to create the hand-holding portion of the adjoining of the
prior drawings.
Harbor, Dock and Bay were drawn by Allen Klinger (as ink drawings in a travel sketchbook) and scanned using HP scanning equipment in the UCLA Computer Science Department Commotion Laboratory.
