Biography

I am a Final Year Ph.D. Candidate in the Dept. of Computer Science at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), working with Prof. Yizhou Sun and Prof. Wei Wang. Before joining UCLA as a Ph.D. student, I received my Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, where I worked with Prof. John DeNero and Prof. David Weisblat.

My research interest lies in the intersection of machine learning and data mining, where I develop recommender systems for heterogeneous information networks. My research is generously supported by Amazon and NSF PhD Fellowship. In 2023, I was also named as an Amazon Fellow. Additionally, I serve as President of UCLA's Computer Science Graduate Student Association (CS-GSA).

Research Interests

My research interests include graph neural networks, knowledge graphs, generative/conversational AI, and social networks.
