Profile

I am a Ph.D student in Computer Science at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), supervised by Prof. Omid Abari. Previously, I earned my Master's degree in Computer Science from UCLA and my Bachelor's degree in Information Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU), where I work with Prof. Dongyao Chen.

In a nutshell, I am interested in wireless sensing and mobile computing.

Research

My research aims to develop cyber-physical systems for making our cities, homes, and life smarter and better, by combining multimodal sensing with signal processing and machine learning techniques. Specifically, I focus on:

  1. How to solve real-world problems with various ensing modules: magnetic, radio frequency, acoustic etc.
  2. How to make systems scalable and robust by applying signal processing and machine learning techniques.
