Lab 1B is available, and has been
revised from the draft assignment as follows.
- The wording for the file-opening options has been clarified,
and now says that file numbers are incremented even when these
options fail.
- The --catch, --ignore,
and --default options have been clarified to say
that they affect the handling of later signals (they do
not issue signals themselves).
- There is a new --chdir option.
- The programming language has been changed from
C11
to C18.
