| Core Services |
Our core lab provides automated and semi-automated processing of medical images with a special focus on vascular diseases and cancer using advanced pattern recognition and machine learning algorithms. A web-platform that offers a cloud computing pipeline is provided for the application of artificial intelligence to medical images and physiological signals. The services are centered on the processing of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), computed tomography (CT), digital subtraction angiography (DSA), Transcranial Doppler ultrasound (TCD), intracranial pressure waveforms (ICP), digital pathology slides and time lapsed live cell microscopy videos.
