Create new utilities and data organization modalities to assist
non-sighted individuals in working with the internet. There are many significant
research and development issues here. Computers and network
communication have opened doors for a community previously hindered by
their inability to see. Yet the community needs better tools going
beyond what is now available. Consider the general goal of making
information available to the non-sighted. Review the following and
propose a design/development approach for this community.
